Founder of APOSTILLE READY

My name is Natalia Ekimovsky. I am a translator and interpreter licensed by the State of Illinois and Notary public (including online and remote) for the State of Illinois.

I obtained my law degree at the St. Petersburg Academy of Public Administration (Russia), where I worked as a corporate counsel and notary in various companies and banks. In 2001, I moved to the USA. Here I obtained the education of paralegal (Associate Degree, Harper College), Roosevelt University (Bachelor Degree).

In 2006, I became a notary public of the State of Illinois and began assisting the clients who needed Powers of Attorney, consents and various types of certifications for use on the territory of the former Soviet states.

I soon passed the qualifying examination and became an interpreter in immigration and federal courts. Working throughout the United States, I have gained vast experience in interpreting at the hearings on political asylum, deportation, and withholding of removal. I act as an interpreter for USCIS in the cases of receiving green cards, citizenship, fiancée and family reunification visas, etc. I also work with the clients in any government agencies, courts, and services.

I believe that professionalism in business management is the key to quick legalization in the United States. For this very reason I founded the company APOSTILLE READY, which provides apostille service, certified translation and interpreting services, and notary services throughout America. All our contractors sign an NDA Non-Disclosure Agreement which covers any data received from a client (or prospective client). We understand that when working with the documents, we take responsibility for success of your case. We are always happy when our clients get approvals of their applications, asylum, when children fly to their parents, when a person receives refugee status, political asylum, green card and US citizenship. All our work is aimed at ensuring that you achieve your cherished goal.
